The membership of Cyberlaw Asia is open to any person who feels committed to the cause of contributing towards having in place, strong Cyber legal regimes in Asia. Any person, of any vocation, of any nationality, whether in Asia or anywhere in the world, who feels committed to the goals of Cyberlaw Asia, is welcome to join Cyberlaw Asia

Cyberlaw Asia is a voluntary organization that is providing its enabling support to Governments, lawmakers, legislative bodies and other relevant stakeholders in the drafting and passage of enabling stringent cyber legal regimes in their respective jurisdictions
